6 年Geoff Koboldt SPN?Great abbreviation of DOWNTIME. We learnt 6 big losses. One have added and that is talent loss (manpower). One loss we use to identify and that is 'Set Up Loss". SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die) is also a tool to reduce that downtime. May be you can put an S in that word at the end. Regards
